Country Sales and
Business Development Manager (m/f) France

As a member of the „Sales & Business Development “-Team, your main duties are

 

  • Lead sales activities to execute the company strategy in the target customer segments, manages revenue generation and growth
  • Work with the SVP Sales & Business Development EMEA and the complete sales and marketing team on business strategies pertaining to existing and promising new products, services, sales and marketing for the organization
  • Being key part of the EMEA sales team and supporting development and implementation of the annual revenue and profit plan of the organization and for France
  • Own and drive development and execution of business cases for market segments, customers and business opportunities
  • Responsibility, together with product management and marketing, to develop a detailed market segmentation, marketing and go-to-market strategy in France
  • Develop and manage executive relationships to customers, vendors, partners and institutions together with the SVP Sales & Business Development EMEA
  • Actively participate in and lead business planning for the country, sets financial goals and monitors progress

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred or adequate experience in Technology, Science, Business or related field
  • Personnel Leadership Experience with high degree of professionalism and ability to engage with employees at all organizational levels
  • Proven track record of selling HCIS (Health Care Information Systems) systems into the provider and French healthcare market with a strong revenue and profit focus
  • Minimum 5 years selling complex solutions in the enterprise customer segment, solid understanding of software solutions selling
  • Must be able to self-manage a complex and dynamic sales cycle, being highly adaptive to a changing marketplace
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues to a varied audience
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional workplace
  • Excellent presentation skills with a demonstrated ability of communicating the value of company products and services to multiple diverse customer target groups
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Must be fluent in French and either English and German
