How do the development teams operate?
We work in small, agile, and international teams with 2–6 developers on our projects, divided into several focus areas. English is our standard language, and we live agile development (EPIC, User Stories, Dailys, etc.) embedded in the context of product roadmaps. That means no annoying project hopping, plus a chance to develop “your baby” and make a real mark. Developers work daily with biomedical experts from Product Management and IT experts from the IT-Ops team and can, thus, implement successful software solutions that customers value.
